This course is designed to support you on your journey to being proactive and intentional with your daily life. By informing you of the why something may be impacting you, and offering what ways you can make changes, you can decide how to design positive changes into your lifestyle and negative impacts out. Bit by bit you will start to trust yourself and follow through with your chosen actions. The infomation and suggested actions are considered through an ADHD and Autism lens however they will be useful for anybody. It is a booklet and video combination, you can use together or separately. This supports learning via reading, listening or watching as we all have a combination of learning preferences.
The topics covered are: sleep, emotional regulation, energy levels, environment (home/work,leisure), nutrition, movement.
